You have the power to lead, motivate, and inspire your staff. Implement strategies that promote listening, communicating, and building relationships. We will discuss reasons that we experience burn-out as educators. Together we will remember why we chose to become educators. Learn how to retain staff by forming connections.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
