Participants will gain information about the importance of incorporating team building to encourage staff development. They will learn skills to engage staff in team building to take to their staff. Participants will brainstorm with others some techniques they can use to encourage team building with their staff.

Training Objectives:

1 . By the end of the session, learners will recognize the benefits of team work and team building.

2 . By the end of the session, learners will recall a best practice recommendation of team building.

3 . By the end of the session, learners will determine which activity to use with staff to engage in staff development.

Each professional development session offered by The Children’s Cabinet utilizes a knowledge check to ensure that our participants understand our training objectives and our instructors are providing a comprehensive learning experience. You can expect to receive a three question quiz or test at the end of each training.
